Great win away after going down 1-0 early from poor defending from the corner we dominated the rest of the first half great header by Bruce from Elrichs cross.
City controlled the play early in the second half and Villa and Williams should have scored. Great run by Kamau to get that penelty.
Carrusca was awesome all night and Mabil was good with his runs on the wings.

Bring on Sydney

Is it just me that thinks the challenge on Djite should have been red for Kisnorbo and even the penalty should have been red for the keeper too... both would have been clear goal scoring opportunities and player was brought down...

Doesnt affect the result thankfully but imagine if it did...

Neither red for me. Has to be a clear goal scoring opportunity to be a red. The Djite one had too much on the ball and the keeper would of got to it first so no red.
The penalty wasnt a penalty either IMO, the keeper is entitled to come for the ball, Kamau initiated the contact and collided with the keeper, his touch was poor also and the defender would have cleaned it up so no red either. Happy enough for a penalty and yellow, big enough penalty to pay

the one on djite was pretty close to a red, the one on Kamau could have gone either way really

Agree on Kamau ive seen them given but the one on Djite was nowhere near a Red, didnt deny him a certain goal scoring opportunity. Djite would never of scored had he not been fouled.

Nice cameo from Kamau, looking forward to seeing more of him. After the opening goal united were the better team overall and deserved winners by games end. Expected more from MC maybe will be better off without any distractions. Another test coming up next Friday night, bring on Sydney

And that was after he threw a headbut. Then caused chaos after the game. Absolute idiot deserves months on the sidelines.

Club is a disgrace with crowd behaviour also and its officials. Stick that up your arse a club who pays as much as they do and they couldn't put a goal past a team that was formed less than 1000 days ago and pays a packet of chips and a can of coke in comparrison....

Match was poorly refereed however so a bit of luck for WSW there.

The ref may be forever scarred from his howler in the opening match of the world cup!

A great result for WSW, and Australian football.

Definately all over them until we get to the final touch. Just cant get it in the back of the net. Still look suspect at the back, Sydney have had some fairly decent half chances they havnt made the most of
