Round 6 - Old mother Hibberd, the rookie cupboard is bare

Don't remember there being a season where a vast number of rookies were performing so shit.
We've all got our eye on Hibberd to see if he can repeat his first game efforts. Jack Steven looking like a tasty upgrade in a couple of weeks. And will Aaron Black be our great white forward hope, where our rookies are struggling to even get a game?

Yes I think a different approach to creating cash is needed. The cows are slow burners and some will not produce enough before their byes.
I will also be looking a speculative premium trades I think, to swap a like for a like (I hope) and make $100k in the trade.

Oops, I meant upgrade, but I see your point.
Was more thinking along the lines of Swallow > Steven

Jesse Hogan's father passed away after his long battle with cancer, it's unlikely Hogan will play this weekend.

With the short break I think we will look to freshen up the squad. Myers had nearly 40 in his first game back in the VFL but not sure they will throw him straight in. Stewart and Kobe Mutch are big chances to debut

I think it's ok to use the same cash creating strategies, it's just you won't generate as much cash. Which means that scores will most likely be lower towards the end of the season than we are used to. As it effects us all, perhaps the only way you get hurt is if your speculative premium trades don't pay off and that premo you traded comes back to burn you.
