Time for coaches to fix up the defence with Weitering out for 3, Laird gone for three, Dea and Lonergan have hit the wall, Walla about to hit BE after 2 poor games. On top of this Hodge and Smith out for 6 weeks.

And Langdon more than likely out too with an ankle

Geez my backline is screwed, I need to move Weitering and Dea on and now Laird is out for 3. The only defensive rookie on the bubble is Darcy Tucker and he doesn’t look that appealing

You do not need to move Weitering just yet his price will not drop again until he plays next. Yes the issue for the next month is going to be finding trade down targets on all lines. Do you trust Ross Lyon?

Yeh that's true, could hold and wait for a better downgrade. However Dea stil needs to go and no I don't trust Ross
There are still some good downgrades on the other lines the defensive downgrades that were a couple of weeks ago were too early.

Yes it makes the Defence downgrade options light on. But glad he did it now not next week.
I plan to swap Walla and put in a rookie Forward, maybe Cox.
What is his job security will he last 6 to 7 games?

I think they'll persist with Cox. It's Cloke vs. White and I'm not sure why Cloke wasn't selected to play Carlton ahead of him.

I think Cox JS is good, he's done well so far. Petracca is another option for a rookie forward

I was heading in that direction but did my research this morning and found not many good options in the next few weeks, so he will be needed next week to get rid of one of the other cows that will hit the wall. Josh Smith is the stand out if you need a Mid.

I traded Weitering to Josh Smith by moving Brodie Smith back to defence.

Tippa, Dea, Kerridge, Kennedy, Menadue. All of these cows are pretty much cooked. Dea in particular probably needs to be moved on as his Breakeven is 94. He won't get anywhere near that. Tippa, Menadue and Kennedy are all others that probably need to be moved on either next week or next. The problem with Dea is that rookie defs have come early in the form of Byrne, DBJ and Ruggles. Another problem is that Weitering is gone for a couple as is Laird.
Josh Smith looks good this week with Keays worth a look next week when he's on the bubble. In the next two weeks if you can move on about four of the fattened Cows and bring in two keepers then you've done well. Luckily, due to Brown, Adams (also horribly close to topping out) and Tippa can all be swapped around. Would love to trade out Tippa this week but don't want to play Brown or Ruggles in the backline with Laird going out. My defence is crap enough as it is.
Due to all the information that is out there these days many coaches stack their sides with cash generators but the downside to this is that many will peak at the same time and you can only move two of them at once...and of course...the downgrades must be available. I'll be keeping an eye on Redman but no JS for him I fear.

Brodie Smith in the midfield.
If I want shit scores in the midfield I just pay over 600k and get Sam Mitchell.
Advantage TigerRoos.

Yes I like the look of Crocker in a few weeks as well and Macpherson because of his tackling.
Jayden Short is another bubble option this week.

I went menadue and Davis to smith and rocky. Had 200k left over from previous trades. Team looks good so far, especially when rance comes back
