Next years prices and positional changes are out now, still nothing to get excited about in the backline, very slim pickings again.
If i can find the link again I'll post it.

Supercoach is open for those that had Gold this year.
I have a quiet day at work, so version 1 of 999 is done

There looks to be decent value options on each line
Whether to fork out $700K for Goldstein and $670K for Fyfe up front loom as tough decisions. Maybe Fyfe less of a tough decision.
Gaz $623K, Rocky $550K look like easy picks.

Im letting Goldy go but have locked in the 4 most expensive mids plus Rockliff. Montagna a must have in FWD line too.
Backline I see nothing I like, its not as though any of them score so wont spend much here. Will wait and see who the opposition are going to let score freely this year and then get them in.

Fyfe could be seeing a bit of forward line action this season. Others could be better value. Any love for Jab Watson at 499?

Ill be passing on Fyfe better value elsewhere like GAJ and Rocky. Ill be locking in Goldy for sure
Theres a few mid pricers that looking tempting like Libba, Crouch, O’Meara and Menzel. However you have to worry about their bodies.

I'm leaning towards picking up Goldstein, but will probably change my mind a few times...

The Essendon decision is not great for the club or the game perhaps but it certainly a brilliant outcome as far as Fantasy Footy goes. Expect rookies to be upgraded and young cheap players getting plenty of game time this season. That coupled with the cessation of the hated sub rule should lead to some cracking scoring in SuperCoach this season.

Just saw Simpkin's price. Anderson the better bet IMO.

SA Footy experts, can I have an opinion on:
Johnathon Simpkin, Leuenberger & Matty Stokes. Will they play a lot for Essendon?
Will Dustin Martin self implode or explode?
Will Sam Gray continue with his form last year, or will he miss game time with Polec back?

Simpkin and Leuy could be options I would steer clear of Stokes. Leuy is an injury risk, so just keep that in the back of your mind
Dusty will have another solid season
Not sure on the Sam Gray one, maybe a port supporter will have some insight on that one

Before I say anything, I'll say this. Feenix has me covered in SC expertise. Which is why I read the Big Footy SuperCoach board. Nix is spot on about his assessment of the rest and I've had my say about Simpkin above.
In regards to Sam Gray he finished very strongly and showed another side to his game which, IMO is not covered by Polec. Gray was getting some inside ball whereas Polec is an outside runner. Gray is awkwardly priced but would be an excellent POD that could really pay off. I'd keep an eye on Gray's role in the NAB to see whether or not Kinkley is going to run Gray through the middle this season. From what I've read on Big Footy many Porties are saying the same thing while being cautiously optimistic about his potential output.

Whats the deal with everyone chasing Mid-Pricers?
I'm assuming ppl dont expect many rookies to play Round 1?

There are definitely a few mid pricers to consider like Libba, JOM and Crouch however they come with risk. Im toying with the idea of going with one of them, I don’t think its worth the risk going 2 or even all 3.
Its too early to tell who is going to be in your round 1 team, we need to see rookies play and see how injured players are travelling. Anyone that has their team today will change it before round 1 guaranteed.

You don't think Libba, Anderson, Simpkin aren't worth a look? Even Lobbe worth a look as well.
