Round 4 - Teams, Trades & Discussion.

Dempsey, Luenberger & Fyfe will have a fair impact on teams this season.
I never seem to follow my own rules and stay away from injury prone players.
Goodes & Lake could also cause a bit of a shake-up amongst coaches.

Will be spending most of my week working out what i want to do with Dustin Martin, has struggled early and wont get any easier for him down at Shell Stdium this week. I dont have enough to do an upgrade that sees me get Sandilands.

Also Birchall being subbed injured will have an impact on what i can do. I would love to keep him but if his out for a while i make have to make the trade, thinking Scotland will be the likely replacement.

You could push Dustin into the middle, trade him for James McDonald and then upgrade a ruck to Sandi.

What are peoples thoughts on Kurt Tippett valued at $440 000 currently averaging 120. Next 3 weeks Crows have GWS, Port and Sydney Kurt could have a huge 3 weeks. After that though the Crows have a very tough stretch before the bye with Geelong, Carlton, Collingwood, Fremantle all in a row.

Could he be a smash and grab for the next 3 weeks!

If ever there's a good week to do a sideways trade this is the week IMO, particularly for mid-pricers.

You can usually swap in one on the way up for one in your side on the way down.

eg - Fyfe/Martin could switch for Masten, I've got Petrie who I'm thinking of swapping for Tippett.

I wouldn't let Masten' game get you excited. He won't do that much this year. I would be looking at a Robinson or Sidebottom (which I have to consider myself) for that trade.

Sidebottom, like that one. Duel position too which would be handy.

I like the undo trade option now, means you can have a couple of 'draft' goes before confirming Thurs/Fri.

Basically, he either goes in for surgery and is out for most of the year, or he gets jabbed weekly and straps the **** out of it.

I'll have to cut him either way. Fyfe's shoulder slipped out easier than a youngsters donger during his first shag.
