I still can't beleive how many people have actually pulled the trigger on trades.

Golden rules are being broken. The sideways trade of premiums after one bad game is mindboggling!

I think if you really feel the need to do so is during the 3 bye rounds but even then, you should be able to work out a way of not needing to do it.

It will be pretty hard to limit your team to one or two per club, you almost have to sacrifice one of the bye rounds to maintain trades for the pointy end of the season when the finals are on and clubs decide to rest a heap ala Freo vs Hawthorn.

You don't really need to sacrifice any of the bye rounds. If I stick to what I have come up with for my trades during the season I should still score well in all 3 of the bye rounds. The key is to stick with what I have worked out!

In SC, I have Lake, Marty Clark, Tory Dickson, Aaron Hall and Brandon Ellis all on notice but wont be making any trades this week.
In DT, Morris, Ellis, Lake, Hall & Townsend under scrutiny.

I'm ruing picking up Dempsey, he looked great in the NAB Cup, I wont jump off him yet though along with Lake, I got nothing out of my mid-rangers.

You obviously have a good player spread amongst the clubs.

Pretty hard looking across and seeing 3 giants and the only back-up is Markovic. They should've conceded defeat down back and let him drift up the field, standing Cox & NicNat was just plain stupid...............................well I hope :(

He will play, on BF lots of Dee's supporters are selecting him in what they think the team will be.

I was just tweeting with a reporter from the footy club and he is not on the injury list and has not heard anything suggesting he won't play on the weekend.

Not that interested in DT, so will trade out Luke Parker for either Brad Ebert or Magner.

Other than that, another trade won't fix my garbage side, will take 3-4 weeks of trading and an extra 500K.

In SC, no trades this week, keeping a close eye on Dempsey from Bombers. Very cheap, and good scorer.

Thinking after week 2, that if Dickson or Cameron dont improve, I'll sub Kennedy into the FWD line and replace either Dickson or Cameron with Clay Smith. Sounds like a waste of a trade, but must have the right rookies to maximise the profit!!

It is different to last year, I was down 6 trades after 3 weeks, and out by round 14

Trading is very tempting and addictive, nearly made 2 just then but resisted. Must be disciplined this year #-o
