First player picked... And last...

So the last couple of years there's been a thread for the first player you pick. That guy you simply MUST have, and will sacrifice something to get them.
Generally you pick your bench players, cheap rookies who you expect to skyrocket, fairly early also.
How many of you find that your last player picked is generally on the field, and not a bad one? Last year Melbourne's Jeremy Howe was my last on-field pick, and was solid for me throughout the year. Amazing really.
2012 First selection: Joel Selwood $604K
2012 Last selection: Kyle Hardingham 415k

I'd hate to think how many different teams I go through each season before round 1
Every time I do one version I think it's good. One day later I am second guessing it. Then it looks good again. Then I think of a change. Then I am happy again. Then I think of another change and so on and on and on we go.
I find round 1 lockout time is a relieft because I am sick of thinking about it all.

Spoke to Brenton Sanderson last night and he gave me his assurance that Porps would hold up this year.
If he doesn't, I'm coming for you Sando.
