Quite a few invites have gone out for Division V but the final make up of this league is yet to be determinned. Once I have a better idea of which coaches make up the league I'll publish the seedings list for this league.

I thought i was seeded in Div IV Reb?
I have replied in the affimative and I am awaiting a league code.

It depends on past experience and ability. Newbies are in IV and V but no newbie is taking the place of someone who earnt a promotion into Division IV. Yourself and Moe are two coaches who will probably end up in Division IV which still has some vacant slots.
