Bloody Franklin
HAWTHORN star Lance Franklin has been reported for striking North Melbourne's Scott Thompson during yesterday's match at Aurora Stadium in Launceston.

Franklin was reported by umpire Chris Appleton during the first quarter of the Hawks' victory over North and will face the AFL Tribunal at Etihad Stadium tonight.

Goodes also under scrutiny for a high bump.

Petrie out with the bye.

Could be a bit of forward line carnage this week!

Plus Cox in doubt, along with those that have Harvey and Ablett would have to be in doubt!

Petrie could be in a little bit of trouble too with the MRP

Nah, only Franklin and McPhee have been sighted according to the AFL website. Punishments not yet released though

I just read somewhere that Chapman has been cited?

Things look very ugly for me if Goodes, Chapman and Franklin are out on top of Harvey, Petrie and Richardson. I can only cover 4 of the 6.

I just realised that Franklin and McPhee were the only two reports laid on the week and the MRP has got to sit yet. So anyone can still be up, i just read the article wrong before.

Goodes, Chapman and Franklin will all hurt me aswell Hondo so no need to worry

I reckon 'the General' might visit a few Geelong players this week as well.

A trip over to AAMI for a game against a non-finals contender probably isn't worth the risk if anyone has a niggle.

They have the bye the following week, they'll use that for a rest, they would want to be hitting the ground running come finals time. With Collingwood and Geelong being firm favourites I wouldn't be under-estimating Hawthorn, the Saints or even Carlton seem to be somewhat of a bogey side for Geelong.

Geelong 5, those teams nil.

While we won't be underestimating those sides bogey side is pushing it a bit.

Just the usual rotations. Notice how Geelong is travelling well without Ottens? We should have benched Blake's sorry arse years ago. He'll be at Melbourne or Richmond next year.
