The interesting one for me this week is what affect Brogan will have on Giles’s scoring. With about half the teams relying on 1 gun and 3 rookie rucks this could affect these scores by 60 – 70 points this week and cause much consternation next week with how they are going to plug the leakage. Especially if the three rookies get between 40 – 50 each. Good cash cows but giving opponents a free hit in the ruck.

Smedts out was on the Herald Sun website. The way it was worded makes me think Smedts himself withdrew from the game.
