The two highest ranked eligble teams will be promoted. Eg if the team ranked 6th makes it to the Prelim and the other Prelim team is ranked 3rd then 3rd gets the gig. Hondo looks a prime candidate at this stage for promotion and according to current rankings 5th ranked Carey would be the other who goes up. The top two eligble sides are going to go up to Division I and all of our 'family' entries are going to be vacant spots for the top sides in Divvy III as the family league was always meant to be the lowest ranked division but we ended up with not one but two extra leagues. That is something to mull over in 18 weeks time though and not on prior to round one. You just worry about Divvy IV there nuggety! ;)

If only coaching ability was proportional to tanning ability, Terry would be one of the best coaches ever.

He has a lovely suntan. B-)

Woot! Good time to rip out my highest score. Ablett as my captain was about the difference between my team and my opponents team.

2,194 - ok, but Garry Ablett 394 covered some big holes:

- Fevola #-o (REB warned me!)
- Deledio ... scored 6 to half time  but recovered to 66 thank god
- Playing Walker on field v Ziebell (64 points blown!)
- Continuing under-performing premiums in Hodge, Deledio & Pavlich

My 2 best forwards are 2 of the cheapest in Krakouer and Higgins - leaving the big names for dead!

PS: I hope no-one panicked too early on Brent Harvey (I don't have him but would have liked his 169 today)

I won but only with 1980.

Got some big problems. Think i am going to splurge and get Ablett regardless of his price this week. But as they say a win is a win.

Despite having the highest scoring team in the Hogg, this league has a very poor ranking. The competition for Premier League spots could be decided very early with Darcy DTF and the Q Man making strong claims already. At this stage we are still waiting for Punky to join the competition. Next week a competitive Bloods faces more strong opposition but the Q Man matches up against LKIF in the toughest clash of the round.

Embarrassment time for my lad who is being beaten by his Mum and his Nanna in the family SuperCoach comp. The leaders of this comp can look forward to some healthy percentage boosters throughout the season. Even Booney looks scary in this league. In the match of the round in Div II I'll be walking on eggshells as I take on my better half. DANGER WILL ROBINSON!

2,194 ok????? I'd be happy just to crack the 2000 at the moment ~x(

In the 1700's very ordinary, don't know how I managed to get a win still. The way GA is playing, unless he's in your team, forget it. :((

For all of you tightarses out there that didn't spend the money on Junior sucked in. It will now cost you blokes even more money now to get him in than if you didn't draft him in the first instance. Bomber Thompson said at the start of the year that Ablett was going to go to the forward lines instead of resting this year so that means more goals.

Now get out there and SPEND SPEND SPEND!! ;)

Can't believe I managed 2200+ with my forward line guns serving up some ordinary scores. Didak was Fev-like with a dismal effort of 26 points.
