Anyone got any tips on picking defenders?

List of defenders is weak I think. Have to be creative and take some risks I reckon

B: Goddard, Gibbs, Broughton, Watts, Ellis, B. Goodes, Docherty, Terlich.
M: Swan, Cotchin, Dangerfield, Jack, Moloney, Varcoe, O'Meara, Viney, Vlastuin, Crouch.
R: Jenkins, Leuenberger, Grundy, Sinclair.
F: Cox, Rockliff, Roughead, Jetta, LeCras, Daniher, Patton, Jaksch.

My main worry is how much time Daniher and Patton will see early on.
I've taken a risk with Watts too.

IMO for starters you have too much $$ invested in your forward bench. Put baselined rookies there and then see what you can do with your cash to turn a mid-pricer into a premium.
In between signatures .....
