I'm struggling to decide whether to start Duigan or Mackie on the field this week. With Enright and Taylor being out of the side, I reckon Mackie could find a lot more of the ball down back, but you never know with him. Or, do I just go with the consistent Duigan and hope to get 80 odd from him?? What do you reckon?

Tapscott OUT
Franklin IN

Any good downgrades this week for rookies on 2 games?
Q?

In defence, Jacobs will be a very popular downgrade this week. Up forward, Lynch (GCS) will come in for Tapscott in a helluva lot of teams.

Surely Pederson is due a decent run of games at the Roos

He is getting screwed! Maybe if he kicked 9 instead of 8 he would be in. Come on, Scotty!!

Trades this week are:

Tapscott - Out
for
J Tippett - In

S Black - Out
for
D Swan - In

Use Tippett MPP to swap Petrie to the forward lines and Zac Smith comes of the bench for Sandis.

Tough one BC. Duigan playing with a lot of confidence lately, getting a lot of contested grabs etc.
The big question is whether Mackie will rip up GC? Wouldn't go back there much this weekend you would think?

Gold Coast got more of the ball in their forward 50 last week than the Crows did. They just did nothing with it. i would think it will get down there a bit this week being their first home game etc. it will just come straight back out though.

Teams struggle off the bye, I wouldnt be trading any GC players in. Go for Duigan. P.s. Impossible they got more of the ball in the 50 they didnt play.

only when they come up against the best team in the competition. teams struggle against Geelong without coming off the bye.

Brought Lynch in for McKernan in the end. May swap Swallow for Jacobs yet too and bank some cash for upgrades in the next couple of weeks.

I will bring in Lynch (GC) in for Tapscott and then upgrade Conca to a premium mid given that Swan has this injury clould. Then, worst case scenario is that Daniel Harris ends up at my M6.

Then either Libba, Swallow (GCS) or Harris (GCS) get a gig.

Couldn't help myself, banked more cash this week rather than spending it on upgrades.

L Thompson Out, B Jacobs in (also helps with the Mid/Def MPP).
B Matera Out, T Lynch in.

Now gives me $656,400 in the bank for upgrades over the next couple of weeks. 13 trades left.

Backs I'm happy with: Deledio, Scotland, Goddard, Gibbs, Heppell, Lower, Hibbard (Stanley, Puopolo, Retzlaff)

Mids are ok too: Mundy, Pendlebury, Boyd, Judd, Montagna, Harris (Buckley, Jacobs, Prestia)

Rucks: Cox, Sandi (Smith, Fraser)

Forwards need some work: Pavlich, Chapman, Riewoldt, Darling, Krakouer, Didak, Duncan (Dixon, Lynch, Harper)

Thinking next week will be Dixon to Franklin and Duncan to say Fyfe, Krakouer to the bench as the emergency.
Having said that, Evans, Bailey and Mzungu might all be worth a look next week for more downgrades... hehehe

Got too many Geelong and carlton players in my team and seing as they both have the bye in the finals there is no better time to get rid of him!

Im not convinced on Jacobs JS, seems slight and doesnt have the engine yet, postive is he is MPP so even if he doesnt play he has some use to cover byes/injuries.

So Ive gone the double downgrade of Harris/Tappscott to Jacobs/Lynch to cash up and bring in Buddy and Pendles next week.

Getting closer to the team I want with .
