I've got these three as well as Buckley in my MIDs on the extended bench... Hmm...

If Heppell and Lower both play, who's more likely to miss out of Buckley and Hibberd... Either way I have cover in Batchelor but eith of the two aforementioned players should outscore him...

Which way to go?!?!?!?

I traded Batchelor for Newman, benched Lower, left Heppell on the field with L Thompson as the Emergency. Lower is about ready to be milked IMO but I upgraded Batchelor and Liberatore this weekend.

Lower can wait and MPP Heppell will now be a keeper for me.

What a week!

I have both Chappy and Franklin up forward, who are no doubt both going to pull out late.
I already have Sandi and Joey sitting on the bench chewing up cash while injured.

Heppell, Hibberd, Lower and Buckley all named on extended benches are causing me problems as well.

And while I'm dealing with trying to get the best 22 on the park this week, I'm trying not to loose sight of the long term goals.

In the rucks I've got Cox and Smith on the park, with Sandi and Fraser on the bench, 850k on the bench in just the rucks!!!
Vardy (Cats) is going from strength to strength, really should get him in now if at all. Do i dump Sandi given the toe injury seems to be growing in length, and possibily might not come back till after their bye? Or do I persist with holding him and cash in Fraser?

With only 11 trades left, I don't want to bring sandi back in later, if he goes now for Vardy, that means Cox and Smith is it for the year.

With Barlow back on the scene, it's time for Lower to say goodbye. Would love to wait a couple of weeks and make the trade to Heath Shaw after the pies 2nd bye, taking the donuts in the mean time is the issue if I wait.

Then looking long term, if I'm lucky enough to be playing finals, the Carlton Prelim bye is still an issue as I have Judd, Scotland and Gibbs, so won't be able to trade out all three for the week!

I'm thinking fraser to vardy and leave it for now, upgrade lower to shaw after the pies bye, take a donut or two as I have to in the mean time.

Any suggestions?
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Surely Hawthorn would have named Lisle as an EMG if that were the case?

Thinking about Sandi - Baily. Allows me to do Iles to Dal Santo this week and then Lower to Shaw after Collingwoods bye and leave me with 8 trades and a team of:

Lids, Adcock, Goodard, Gibbs, Shaw, Enright, Heppel (Duigan, Stanly, Puop)
Swan, Pendles, Murphy, Selwood, Mundy, Dal Santo (Jacobs, Mzunga, Smith)
Cox, Smith (Vardy, Baily)
Buddy, Pav, Chappy, Goodes, Rioli, N Roo, J Roo (Darling, Matera, Richardson)

Thinking Sandi might not be back until rnd 17 & hoping Vardy or Baily can hold their spot until WCE bye in rnd 15 to cover for Cox

or I could go Lower to Fisher this week and Iles to maybe Boyd next week. Prob better but might be a bit tight for cash.....

With Gold Coast having both byes early I reckon some of their players are going to hit the wall by about the time that Sandi comes back. Going for league win so no trading out Sandi for me. I reckon Smith might be in struggle time come the SC finals and Vardy in his first year doesn't have great Job Security IMO.

Hodge said on Monday he was very close to playing last week.
You can take that with a grain of salt, but they were probably erring on the side of caution.

Captaincy is a bit of a tough one this week. Pendlebury against Melbourne or Cox against Adelaide?? Hmmmm.

I made the wrong call last week with Selwood instead of Cox and it cost me.

Cox is mine this week. Made same mistake as you last week. Cox should dominate this weekend.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep

No
