Urm - just logged on to check out Darksiders team and I reckon he's out of trades. All 3 Carlton players plus the Pav on the bench.

Gingernuts stocks just went up! \:D/

i just checked out his team and it is eerily similar to mine. I reckon I could have taken him out this week too! Ginger, I think you are the favourite looking at both your teams.

I suspected the exact opposite. I've been playing fantasy footy against this guy for years and normally he has trades in reserve at this time of year. Go Gingernuts!

Yes. On closer inspection he seems to have a lot of premiums in the midfield still despite having Murphy & Judd on the bench there. Must've worked some MPP magic I reckon.

Still, I'm off to a flyer. He had Swan as captain who scored a modest 126 last night, so if Ablett can rack up 140+ then that will get me a few more points up!

It was only because of the strength and depth of his team that I felt he must have been close to out of trades - either that or he had a charmed run with injuries this year.

I'll do my Saturday night early call again - I think REB is home. REB is riding the Mumford train all the way to Hogg Glory Station. How much were the tickets REB? :)

I think Darksiders is a bit too far ahead for Ginger to catch however Ginger has the ace up his sleeve in Ablett as captain so it's not all over yet.

Yes. Thanks REB for your sub call on Puopolo. Moved him to the bench and it could cost me the game.

When you look at it like that it's not an impossible task for you. If Talia gets 60 you are needing about a 115 average from your 4 players. Heppell could have a big game v Port as could Maloney v the Suns and Stiffy v Richmond.

I think Heppell is key here. If he gets around 80 then you are needing 120+ average from the other 3 and that's getting to be a tough ask.

Yeah thats true. Embley and lecras posted 100 between them, if I got 160 between them, it would be game on.
I'm 99% sure REB is home like I called it on Monday

Who coaches your team. You or me? I benched Pup as well, I would have been sipping Champagne by now if I didn't. Haven't really got Lower/Puopoulo right all year. I read that Puopolo had never been subbed all year and I got the jitters. He only scores big when I don't have him on the field GRRR! It could cost me my game as well but always nice to have the runs on the board on Sunday. Dusty has to get em.

Scores with one match to play

    REBCats 2353
    Dusty Tunnels 2214 (Heppell)

    Darksiders SCE 2268 (Heppell)
The Ginger Ninjas 2118 (Heppell, Boak)

I should be safe with that lead but I need Gingernuts to get up here as I won't beat Darksiders once his three Blues are back.
