Div 1 kicked off with a pretty tightly contested round. Top point scorer of the round was the Mud Dogs, while Jim's TigerRoos were deplorable.
Only seven points separated Harrynutts and Greedy Guns, while The Willies would have been peeved to see scores of 138 (Griffen), 130 (Liberatore), 109 (Boak) and 97 (Dahlhouse) on the pine.

BIG ALS BOYS 1081 def by HAS BEEN 1127

SCLSU MUD DOGS 1162 def THE WILLIES 1078

RED CANS 925 def by BOONGAS BULLDOGS 1019

HARRYNUTTS 977 def GREEDY GUNS 972

JIMS TIGERROOS 697 def by COSSI'S CARNTS 1118

Ladder:
Cossi's Carnts 1118
Boongas bulldogs 1019
SCLSU Mud Dogs 1162
Daniel 1127
harrynutts 977
Greedy Guns 972
Big als boys1081
The Willies 1078
red cans 925
Jims TigerRoos 697

EDIT: Paddy Ryder, Tom Scully and Matt Rosa will be Free Agents in a few hours after being dropped by their respective teams. Some names have also been made available for Team Trades.
Ben Howlett would be a tempting prospect after 160 against the Crows and with Melbourne this week....

Good question! I wondered this too, as I have no MID emgs and two forwards.

I can't find it now but we have auto emergency set up for our league which means you get the lowest score from your 4 bench players regardless of position. As I found out this week it will only cover one donut. I had Steve Johnson and Heath Shaw out and just got Zaharakis 28 instead

I forgot to look at this after draft night, so now ive fixed it up a little I should be more competitive. Bought in Ryder, Higgins and Geary to cover doughnuts that I had.
Sorry lads.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

Div 1 GF:

Has Been 1079 d The Willies 1002

What were the results of Div 2 & any other Div's that got up?

How has everybody found the format? For mine it was pretty boring, I don't think there was any trading between teams for the whole season. Not sure how engaged everybody was but I think having such a small number of players in each team really restricted the potential for trading.

It did. I gave it only a passing interest to be honest. I know of other players in other leagues who go at it a bit harder and it seems more interesting.

Nah SCdraft doesn't really interest me.

Because of the increased trades, captains loophole, multiple leagues & overall rankings help SC stay interesting all season.

I wasn't a fan of 2011 Ultimate Footy (30 player squads in a 18 team league... Most sides struggled to field 18 teams)
