Division VI Round 10

BloodnTars vs wonder elephants
Ankles United vs HorsePlay
Longwood Lions vs THE BLOODS
BenjisBeasts vs The Glory Shed
Nutkickers vs The Goonies
Leisa's Lovelies vs Stats Enough
Jim's TigerRoos vs Killer Wombats!
Prestige Worldwide vs Knuckle Sandwich

One of the matches of the season is taking place this week in Division VI with the top scoring Longwood Lions up against the ladder leading THE BLOODS in the match of the round. THE BLOODS are a very solid side but mind find the going tough here in a match I think that the Lions will win. I keep saying this every week but this is the week in which the wonder elephants can make a stand and make a play for the top eight. A loss to 9th ranked BloodnTars will mean game over for the elephants who are sitting in a precarious position at 3-6. This match will be very close indeed and I'm tipping that the elephants can win this one by 20 points or less.

The Goonies look to have been getting plenty of good advice from Dad (or ignoring that same advice) judging by results in recent matches and they might have the goods on Nutkickers in this weeks match. Stats Enough will be tested by Leisa's Lovelies but should salute and Ankles United and BenjisBeasts should record comfortable wins. Jims TigeRoos wil get a much needed win over the Wombats! in another close one and Knuckle Sandwich will put away Prestige.

Managed to squeeze enough cash out for a ruck upgrade.

Davis. P. out......Henderson. R. in

Jolly. D. out.......Sandilands. A. in

Leaves me a little exposed bench wise, but hoping the week off will get Gram and Bradshaw back.

well looks like REB may be on the money in the Wombats game. trailing by 200 points with one less player played. neither side has had their captain take the field. both sides have some very good players still to come so i reckon that may be just too much of a lead to peg back. hopefully the Wombats can lift though to make it a bit more interesting in the closing games!

ROUND 10

Results
BloodnTars 2,161 def 2,116 wonder elephants
Ankles United 2,062 def 1,795 HorsePlay
Longwood Lions 2,362 def 1,976 THE BLOODS
BenjisBeasts 2,374 def 1,942 The Glory Shed

Jim's TigerRoos 2,161 def 2,091 Killer Wombats!
Prestige Worldwide 1,965 def by 2,085 Knuckle Sandwich

Leisa's Lovelies has pulled off a big upset this week in Divvy VI with an eight point result that has sent Stats Enough tumbling down the ladder. The top of the ladder is quite congested with BLOODS having a handy one break lead over a host of teams currently on 7 wins 3 losses despite being knocked off by the Longwood Lions. The Lovelies win keeps them in the hunt even though at 5-5 they remain in 10th spot.

Jim's TigerRoos are also hanging in their after poking the Wombats! out of their burrow. Benji's Beasts were very solid again and it looks like the wonder elephants charge has come to an end after suffering yet another defeat.

Division VI Round 11

BloodnTars vs HorsePlay
Ankles United vs wonder elephants
Longwood Lions vs The Glory Shed
BenjisBeasts vs THE BLOODS
Nutkickers vs Stats Enough
Leisa's Lovelies vs The Goonies
Jim's TigerRoos vs Knuckle Sandwich
Prestige Worldwide vs Killer Wombats!

50 minutes till lockout. Plenty of time.

Huge match this week for Nutkickers and Stats Enough. Both teams have been pretty solid all year but the loser of this match of the round is officially on the nose and out of form. With only five weeks to go until finals that is not a good spot to be. I reckon Nutkickers can salute here as his form in the last five has been faultless.

After copping it last week from Longwood Lions BLOODS probably thinks his problems are over but this week he plays the Beasts that are from Benji, a team that has been scoring very heavily over the last five or six weeks. I'm tipping that BLOODS will flow downhill here.

It will be curtains this season for wonder elephants and Knuckle Sandwich will put Jims TigerRoos out of their misery as well. There should be some big wins to the Killer Wombats!, Leisa's Lovelies, BloodnTars and especially the Longwood Lions who are my tip to take out the Divvy VI title.

Remember folks that promotion is decided by rankings points down here so plan your assault over the next few weeks accordingly.

Unchanged this week.
Benched Banfield (45) and that looks good so far unless Goodes doesn't produce them, again!
Between me and you looking h2h against the Nutkickers I think I have Shae covered.

Danger game for the sandwich, made no changes and still missing Brown and Hurn.
I've got bench cover, but need them all to step up.
Looks like Jim has made a few upgrades and his team are looking good and all playing (except Maric WTF?)
Still i'm abit worried this week.

Yes, its time to make my move and start winning to get into the 8. Brought in a new skipper this week in Gazza so hopefully that will inspire the lads to cover the loss of big Ivan. I still hold every hope of getting into the 8 with 3 of my next 4 games against the bottom sides.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!
