Why have Ablett as Captain when you can have Chris Dudd get you a massive 66! Stupid move of the year and 4-2 coming up. Image

This is turning into a disaster round for me, only two players scoring over 100 so far. Need a lot of luck and some big scores from a couple of players to get out of this one, otherwise it's 4-2 for me as well.

Absolutely shattered, posted a disastrously low score, but only lost by 90 points. Won my other league by 30 points. Poo.

wonder elephants vs It Hurts So Bad

It was a pretty ordinary week for scoring in SuperCoach this week so for those coaches who managed a win in Round 6 I'd imagine they would be pretty satisfied. None more so than Gordy who has already sledged me in the Psyche out box with unrestrained glee. dunKsKrew fought back strongly with an upset win over Buddy and the Boys and Poon Army continued his comeback with a win over the ailing reigning premier Mr Football. This week's big match is between Black Magic SCE and the chardonnays who have both been very impressive this year. The Magic were pretty strong last year as well so no suprise there but the chardys have suprised many coaches in Premier League this season as he didn't perform all that strongly in Div I last year and was promoted almost by default. There is no doubt though that this year's chardonnay is an excellent vintage and he cannot be discounted when it comes to evaluating the Hogg Shield contenders for this season. Another crucial match this week is between Buddy and the Boys and Mr Football. With the Pup lacking a bit of bite his spot in the eight might be up for grabs with Hawkeye enjoying the bye this week against Gingernuts.

Dutchys Dodos vs Manbaggers

There has been a change of leadership in Division I with Dutchy's Dodos reclaiming top spot after Joey's Fenders came up short against Ben's Gorillas. Darcy managed to knock off the Q Man in a surprisingly low scoring contest and CoverKing advanced his claim to higher honours with a solid win. Supre Cil Dulohs continued on their giantkilling run adding the Sqeakeroos to his list after knocking off Darcy the week before. Carlton might not be coming but SCD appears he might be*. The match of the round this week is between CoverKing and The Fenders with the winner to go to 6-1 and be looking good for the invaluable top four spot. Remember you only have to make the Grand Final of this league to get promoted to Hogg Premier League. Those looking like dropping a division include the gifted smac, the deplorable Punk Roosters and Mighty Crows look set to drop two divisions in two years.

Business as usual for Hondo who is too good in this company and remains unbeaten. Michelle aka 'Gibbo' continued on her winning ways and Brenda Marge had his first win for the season after five barren weeks. The FNQ side is having a rough trot but the other northern Qld team the cobra's are slithering their way up the ladder. This week the Cobra's take on the Cats but the main event is the match between the Hard Nuts and the Underdogs. Let's hope that the Dogs get hold of the Hard Nuts here.....er...maybe not. Meanwhile, Bazbulldog is setting new records in crappiness and Hogg Division VIII beckons for him next season.

I don't think Bazbulldog in Div 2 has looked at his/her team since the start. Pretty sure that's the team that didn't have a captain, VC or emergencies named. Quite a few players I'd never heard of and dunkin donuts all round.

I am exposed until I get Ablett back after this round so I'm in for a tough match. Everything works better with Ablett in your team.

It's funny how the scoring in general fluctuates from round to round. Last week was generally low scoring from most, this week the opposite. Early on you could tell this round was going to have some high scores, most of the games this weekend were free flowing and most of the guns ended up firing.

extremely happy with my win in divvy 1 and now sit on top spot.
it was a close game, the two zero's that i had were Joel Corey and Alex Rance (iv carried him because of the easy draw and didn trade him this week which luckily paid off, just). So with $220 k in the bank, im looking forward to the game against Darcy i think. Div 1 is looking like there will be numerous sides with a chance come finals time.

Not that it would've mattered but why didn't Joel Corey play?
