Mate no way in hell will i lose to the bottom team this week, should be a 300pt victory at a minimum. There was only 3 teams that scored more than me last week, just unfortunate i was playing one of them, thats why this game sucks. The top 8 point scorers for the week should get the 4 points lol

amongst the carnage last week i still managed to move up to 364 overall.

333pt victory to be exact.
Was moving day for me, up to 163 overall, 140 points off the top 50 but a massive 625 off the leader

ROUND 7 RESULTS
OWW 2154 def. Some Cant 1987
UYMR 2050 def. TEDS 1995
Heros 2055 def. OKC 1761
DUDS 2197 def. Pattonites 1864
Gazza 1911 def. Bombers 1898
CFC 2035 def. Cossi 1891
Maple 1901 def. Frosty 1751
K'nB 2093 def. WHW 1847

MapleSugar has found herself in the top 8 after some strong form recently as has Up You Mighty Roosters after their close win. Lil Gazza retains his second place on the table after a win in the match of the round against Hanno's Bombers.
Kick'n Back continues to push up the ladder with 3 successive wins and a healthy 246 point victory while DAISYS DUDS put last weeks minor blemish behind him to post a huge 2197 on his way to recording a massive 333 point victory at the hands of The Pattonites.
As the top 5 are starting to cement finals berths there is hope for those struggling at the moment considering 8th place has a 3-4 win loss ratio.

TABLE
Heros 106 (24) E WWWWW
Gazza 100 (24) E WWWLW
DUDS 107 (20) E WLWLW
K'n B 102 (20) U1 WLWWW
OWW 100 (20) U1 LWWLW
TEDS 103 (16) D2 WLLWL
UYMR 99 (16) U2 LWLWW
Maple 103 (12) U2 LWLWW

CFC 100 100 (12) U2 LWWLW
Bombers 100 (12) D3 WWLLL
Cossi 98 (12) D3 LLWWL
OKC 97 (8) E WLLWL
SC 96 (8) E LLLLL
Frosty 95 (8) E WWLLL
WHW 93 (8) E LLWLL
Pattonites 95 (4) E LLLWL

ROUND 8
OWW vs UYMR
SC vs Heros
TEDS vs Pattonites
OKC vs Bombers
DUDS vs Cossi
Gazza vs Frosty
CFC vs K'n B
MS vs WHW

Match of the round see's 4th and 5th play off, the Wonders and the Roosters have both been in impressive form lately and the winner will stay in touch with the top 4.
One would think that Hollands Heros will account for Some Cant who have been horribly out of touch recently with 5 straight losses, TEDS should find themselves back in the winners list as they take on The Pattonites who's only win came at the hands of the inconsistent Chelsea FC.
Hanno's Bombers will be looking to break a 3 game losing streak against OKCYALATER who's scores have been all over the shop, DAISYS DUDS and Lil Gazza should be able to keep their 2nd and 3rd places on the table as they face 11th and 14th.
Kick'n Back will be keen to hold on to their 4th spot on the table as they clash with Chelsea FC who are eyeing off the top 8 now with 3 out 4 wins in recent form where MapleSugar will more than likely do enough to keep them out even if they cause an upset.

Can't get my head around this game. Daisy has the right idea it's all about this week. Bit different to SC when you are always looking ahead. Not too keen on mid season positional changes either. I'm too bloody slow with moves like Mundy to the back line which I've just done.

Also have to take a risk on bringing in rookies when you can as their price rises after their first game.
Have bought in Brooksby to the ruck this week, hopefully he can make some cash before i move Mitch Clark to my permanent 3rd ruckman later on. Thats another positional change REB. Other trade was Cripps to Rockliff
You should also have Matthew Boyd in your backline along with Mundy, should nearly have your 8 premium mids now if you've been trading each week. CEY to a premium next week and mids are set and I can then just play with side ways trades to generate some cash

I reckon my best selections that I've had since the start has been Neale, Clancee Pearce and Thurlow, the latter 2 in particular as they have been unexpected bonuses in the hard to fill defensive positions and now look like keepers so can concentrate on mids and forwards

It sure is, I struggle with SC as I don't have time over the weekend to prosper from the loopholes.
My Friday nights consist of my two kids playing indoor cricket and my sons occasional footy night game, I umpire 3 games of foot y on Saturdays aswell as my daughter has netball and Sundays my son plays footy and my daughter has a 2 hour cricket training session smack bang in the middle of the afternoon.

I'm mid table because I don't have eight premium mids. Players such as Sloane and Lewis took care of that. Went in young in midfield at the start of the year.

I'm firmly entrenched on the bottom of the ladder because:

Top of the ladder cheeky bugger. Taken some of your advice though and brought in Boyd into my backline. Still got a few plodders in my line up though. Different kind of game with trades every week.

Iv just bought in Picken and Ablett this week, bit worried iv paid to much for Picken and not convinced he will maintain his output.
I reached a season high of 112 two weeks ago but had a disastrous round last week and dropped to 305. That disaster was mainly brought about by trading for cash last week bringing in Knight and Fields allowing GAJ and Picken to come in this week with still 100k in the bank. Will look to get rid of Thurlow, B Smith and get a 6th prem forward to replace Steele.
Tempted to go Goldy as C but have settled for GAJ

A Hawthorn like performance from the Duds at this point, asserting my authority on the comp at the business end. Sitting on 416 at half time with 7 players and no captain. Be very happy if it keeps up and i end at about 800 after tonight

Wont do that again, not a single ton from my unique players since, Goldy stunk up the captaincy and now i need Neale to outscore Priddis by 26 to get the W
