I have all 3 - although unfortunately I started all of them on the bench this week.

Ditto. Who cares, they'll all make money.

Nathan Wilson from GWS?

Was that an educated punt? I don't recall seeing his name mentioned in the forum circles much.

Had a good NAB as far as points-per-minute went (highest for GWS?) and went for him over the likes of Pfeiffer, Saad, Hall etc.

My defence was a disaster this round:

Broughton 57
Clake 50
Ellis 50
Morris 30

And I didn't even have Lake to blame! I had Bugg on my bench with 88. I deliberately took a risk in defence with cheaper players and so I need Broughton to step it up and Clarke to get 75s.

I've opted for the same strategy, only three premiums in defence + Lake + Clarke + Rookies.

I can already see it's going to give me headaches.

I'm hearing you. Lake better start flooding in some points or he'll leave me dry. Dam.

Def: Morris on field - Bugg on bench -58pts

Mid: Smith on field - Magner on bench -47pts
Sheil on field - Smith on bench -68pts

Ruck: Redden on field - Giles on bench -17pts

Fwd: Dickson on field - Hall on bench - 25pts

The extra 215 points would have been useful. Broughton, Lake, & Sidebottom all disappointing.

...Underdogs....

I'm very happy with my rookies. Managed to snaffle all of the top points scorers. Had 3 100+ players on the bench! Won't be happening this week.

I had an X v Y on Pav or Fyfe all pre-season. I had settled on Fyfe for a long time but then last week, worried about Fyfe's DT-SC ratio in the pre-season, thought I should go with Pavlich and bank on Fyfe dropping in price. So far the difference is only 12 points but it's my main worry with my premium selections.

Why can't any opposition team stop Fyfe's influence? If they can't then where does that place Fyfe amongst the game's elite players? He must be getting right up there.
