Shed vs CFC
SPP vs champs
Willies vs Hokkaido
JTR vs wyc
Buddys vs Leni
Has Been vs Cant
Units vs Hawkers

Another cracking round looms where there's a choice of 4 for match of the round. The highly fancied yet for some reason sitting 9th "Some Cant" take on the #1 ranked safooty team "Has Been", "Kramerica" take on "No Spit" in an evenly matched affair where a top 4 place is up for grabs for the victor, "The Glory Shed" take on "Chelsea FC" to keep in touch with the top 4 whilst "wycmehal" take on bottom placed "Jim's TigerRoo's" who have been the unluckiest DT in the world so far this season, don't expect them to be at the foot of the table for too long.

Has Been(5) vs units(16)

Two huge games this round that should go neck and neck to the end as teams push to gain that elusive top 4 spot on the table. We could see things start to open up after this round as a few middle ranked sides take on some lower placed teams, on the other hand, it could make things even more congested.
The Willies, Kramerica & Buddy's biatches have been in good form but keep falling just short, I'd expect The Willies to get home in a canter this week but the other two will have a fair battle on their hands.
wycmehal should keep their top spot and Has Been should be able to regain his spot in the top 4.
More indepth analysis' will come when I have the chance to go through sides individually after the bye rounds.

REB's Teds continued an undefeated start to the season, and a record 6-0 start (first year so of course it's a record), defeating another top eight fancy in Brodlach Bombers. Onewinwonders have just the one blemish to their name, getting over the top* of Cossi's Carnts, whilst Kiss My Asp scored 2165, a Division one round high, and Finger Banging smashed out Emu Farmers with an 837 point percentage booster.

Seven coaches, from coach three through to nine, are sitting at four-two, whilst Emu Farmers and Strawberries must be waiting with baited breath for their upcoming fixture against each other...

Re: 2012 Safooty Dream Team League

And this week, seventh round of fixtures, MacGill Cup Division One:

Longwood Lions versus Tigermad- Tigermad, sitting pretty in sixth spot, one of a few coaches in the pretty 4-2 position, appears the favourite over the Lions, whose 1950 points last week is exactly what they've averaged in 2012, and is not quite up to scratch to take the biccies against an honest contender in Tigermad.

Kiss My Asp versus Finger Banging- The 800+ point percentage booster aside, Banging is in the same boat as Tigermad, 4-2, and The Asp is bang on with Longwood, 2-4, although an average score of 1880 see's the Asp with all the work to do.

AnklesUnited versus Strawberries- Enough said there, United comes up trumps here, the question is how close can the big percentage booster get them to the top eight?

Emu Farmers versus Cossi's Carnts- Another easy beat team here, Cossi to flog it in, results going his way could see him rise to sixth, given his great percentage.

Red Cans versus Wonder Elephants- Same win-loss ratio, just two points separating in percentage, this has the early booking as match of the round... The Elephants first week saw them score just 1700, yet they have burst up constantly hitting the 1900 barrier, the averages say a twenty point victory to the Cans, but a late omission, coupled with a strategically placed emergency, or a dodgy captaincy score can turn this one either way.

Onewinwonders versus MoneyBrawl- Opposite ends of the ladder meet here, Onewinwonders have just the one blemish this year, but still topped 2100 points in that loss. MoneyBrawl has just the one victory, a round 8 score of 1917 though, if they can improve a little bit, could see an upset.

Robsquad versus Hollands Heroes- Somehow, Hollands Heroes, are 4-2, sitting 9th, but could drop to fourteenth should they lose, showing a percentage not worthy of finals football.

The Bloods versus TEDS- The ladder leaders TEDS, undefeated, unblemished, and unfazed at dominating the inaugural MacGill Cup season, comes up against The Bloods, who punched above their weight last week for a 2000+ score. Will Bloods best be enough to topple the leader, and give fantasy guru REB his first blood? The figures say no. Bloods best is not as good as TEDS worst. 7-0, like The Undertaker, the streak continues here.

Honey Badgers versus Brodlach Bombers- The Bombers, like a 2011 Crows outfit, has won matches with low scoring, defensive mindsets. Just 1840 is what the Bombers produce on a week to week basis, whilst the Badgers are nearly 200 points above that. However, both sit at 4-2, will we see another back pocket plumber effort, or will the Badgers find the Honey again?

No-one to blame but Barassi himself. He works arvo shift and gets to work most fridays and forgets about his dreamteam. He told me he's been playing without a full team each week but is now trying to trade is way out of this mess. He also wanted to say he has the full support of the board.
