Yep Kruze is doing well but murphy was the important one for me as C i need 134 or so out of him. He is on 51 at nearly 3/4 time. He is going to need to kick 4 goals and win the game for carlton to get there.

I had no cover for Murphy but would've scored more if he didn't play. FFS

The Squeakeroos announced themselves as a genuine top eight hope in the Premier League when they got themselves a big scalp in the form of the Dark Side in their round five matchup. Darksiders nearly got rolled by Q last week so were spoiling for a loss perhaps but it was Squeaky who pounced and rolled the reigning premier.

MILLER MOSQUITOES have been the most impressive team in the Premier League this season and this week they accounted for struggling Ginger Ninjas as they posted a solid 2403 to win by 180. Hawkeye remained unbeaten with a big win over Hondo who is going even worse than I am this season and that's saying something. It could be a real spud derby when the Cat Empire play against Hondominators later in the year.

Don't Drop Catches got a vital win when they knocked off an inconistent Poon Army who wasn't helped by trading in Cyril this week. Dutchy cleaned up an unlucky wycbloods who got 2367 and watched the Dodos walk away with the points. Underdogs are slowly but surely working their way back to the form that this more typical of them and their 2449 was more than enough to claim the points against Woody. However, fifth spot has proven to be something of a poisoned chalice in recent times but hey I'd take it at the moment! Cripes Boxhead, come back!

In a sensational result Gingernuts has claimed what I believe to be the all time Hogg Shield High Score as he recorded a MASSIVE 2595 to sink the Poon Army by 209 points. How in the hell do you lose by 200 when you score 2386? I might ask him that at work a few times tomorrow ha ha. Seriously, well done Gingernuts - he must be loving life with the Crows and the Ginger Ninjas now going bunta. His massive score has taken him to temporary safety outside the relegation zone.

It's still MILLER time in the Premier League though with the Q Man being his latest victim as they won by 102 points. Q has now dropped to sixth place on the ladder and he might start to look over his shoulder at some of the teams who are enviously eyeing his top eight place at the moment. The Darksiders knocked racing thebarton out of the eight with a solid score and Squeakeroos were very impressive once again as they cleaned up an unlucky Cork in the Ocean who got 2350 and couldn't get a win in Premier or Champions League with that score OUCH.

sharksta's Underdogs have emerged as a genuine contender for the Premier League title after rousing themselves from a pretty slow start to the year. They defeated the previously unbeaten Hawkeye who everyone is hoping has played their best footy for the year. CoverKing's Don't Drop Catches might have a shit name but they are scoring pretty well and they got the job done against the Captain who must be surrounded by Privates because he doesn't salute all that often.

Woodys Dropkicks got the benefit of what looks suspicously like a tank from his AFL Online mate BlueGunners..they just can't help themselves these bloody Carlton supporters. I wouldn't mind him getting a 1600 against me cos I'm miles off despite racking up a rare win against the unlucky Halem Hawks who would have beaten me most weeks with the score he got this week. Hondo was another team in the relegation zone that managed to win a much needed victory but there is still work to be done by us both to extricate ourselves from the predicament we know find ourselves mired in. Damm you Gingernuts!

After seven rounds MILLERS MOSQUITOES are the premiership favourites who look to be the team to challenge Darksiders SCE come Grand Final time in the last round. The Mozzies cleaned up the highly rated Sqeakeroos DTC combination by over 200 points in a solid scoring effort despite the carnage that was being experienced by many other coaches. Hawkeye dodged a bullet this week (the lucky bastard) when he managed to rack up yet another win despite racking up the shitty score of 1895....what me jelly NAH. The BlueGunners look set for the drop for sure and Hawkeye looks set for another year in the top flight but he's looking less and less a genuine contender every week.

Darksiders just keep on getting the job done. I thought I had a real chance against him but he got me by 57 points and he's flying while I'm dying. CoverKing's season has sprung into life as he went to 4-3 and into a solid 6th spot, behind Q and Underdogs who also managed wins with scores that weren't all that great. wycbloods' Halem Hawks clambered out of the relegation zone with a solid win over a struggling Hondo which puts heat on four sides who currently sit on 2 wins and 5 losses. Poon Army stunk up the joint this week and Gingernuts dropped nearly six hundred points from last week's score. One of those sides is going down but racing thebarton, Captain Who and Dutchy aren't exactly home and hosed either.

This comp could very well be Premier League by name, Premier League by nature as the true interest could be in the relegation scrap at the end of the year instead of whether or not anyone can actually stop MILLERS MOSQUITOES.

You could have probably selected about seven winners if you were tipping in the Premier League last week with most of the teams you'd expect to win getting up even though at times some real upsets seemed to be on the cards. MILLERS had some real trouble shaking off racing thebarton and the Darkside were challenged strongly by Halem Hawks but in the end the favourites got up.

Squeakeroos are one side that you thought would have had a win this week but the Poon Army thought otherwise and Hammo has recorded an important victory that takes the army out of the dreaded relegation zone. My Cat Empire may yet rise again after recording a much needed victory over the more fancied Cork in the Ocean and with Hondo's unlucky loss and Ginger Ninjas really stinking it up again the relegation zone has a much better look about it from my point of view. ;)

The battle for the top four is on for young and old now with Hawkeye really starting to get the wobbles. Hawkeye was rolled by Don't Drop Catches with the Catchers starting to look really good now after a slow start. The Underdogs are another fine team with a sniff of victory and can go on with it now after a high quality win over a desperate Hondominators YSCC. Q Man just keeps on getting the job done and will need to do so to stay one step ahead of the Catchers.

Some of the teams who appear to have lost their way a little bit in recent times include Captain Who and Dutchy who are starting to find things in Premier League pretty tough and racing thebarton who have lost that winning feeling. The Halem Hawks badly need a win and the BlueGunners will be everyone's bitch this season. One of these days we won't have a bitch team in the Premier League and watch our ranking soar.

Now..on to the beloved Bye Weeks...STOP...Donut time.

Six teams have broken away from the field at the top of the ladder and even this far from home it's hard to see any of them missing the finals. The rest of the season will be a real dog fight for 11 teams trying to get into the last two spots with BlueGunners all but gone in the Premier League.

Top of the ladder MILLERS didn't score what I thought he would do but he played it conservative on the trades as My empire was tanking it this week to save trades. Not a bad idea in theory until Sandilands and Zaharakis threw me massive wrong uns. Now those trades I was trying to save will need to be used on them ACK. Darksiders, as usual got the job done but lucky bastard of the week has to be Hawkeye. Teams have been failing to score against him all season long and he was the undeserving recipient of the gift provided by the Ginger Ninjas who are not only red down there after their astonishing Hogg low of 571. Gingernuts has somehow lost 2000 points from the score he made a few short weeks ago and their percentage took a massive hit and it's below the (relegation) line he goes.

While woggy (Hawkeye) is the luckiest bastard on the planet another work mate of mine Hammo could be the unluckiest. Hammo racked up a fairly solid 1550 but had to watch another team outside the top eight rack up an unlikely 1709 which was the high score of the round. Don't Drop Catches is going along quite nicely at the moment and he cleaned up a struggling Dutchys Dodos.

Hondo smashed the cellar dwelling BlueGunners to finally move out of the relegation zone but Squeaky is going the other way after looking a contender a few weeks back. Now all of a sudden he's outside the eight and starting to drop off the pace. Another team to do a Hammo was wycbloods who scored a respectable 1514 but got smashed by Gibbo's Underdogs who are starting to look the part as a top four side.
