Not sure if we should just go ahead and create some leagues and people join them willy-nilly, or form some ranked divisions as with the Hogg? Thoughts?

Yeah the week before Dream tream finals started.
There is also a big gap between 19th and 20th that wouldnt get made up in a week or two. For the purposes of sorting divisions it would be good enough IMO
