Round 16 gabfest

Postby fish » Fri Jul 04, 2014 11:16 am

Well Hibberd and Heath Shaw have sabotaged my plans to jag a win this week against the mighty Boongas Bulldogs

Acres and Charlie Cameron still out doesn't help either I need them to make some more money.

My Premier League opponent has Hibberd so if Poon cops a donut in the backline I can get away with carrying Docherty's poo for another week.

Jamie Elliott's hammy has forced my hand.

Have gone for a real left field replacement- big Charlie Dixon. Reckon he could push around the pies a bit this week.

I've been out loopholed by Poon Army in my Premier League clash. Rocky as VC has 141 and my skipper Ablett only has 16 at quarter time. Come on Gaz lift!

Ablett gone and so are the REBCats. 114 as skipper only. He will miss matches also. Season in disarray!

I ****** up the loophole again FFS. Can't take advantage of Pendles as VC and have to find a captain fro tomorrow's games.

Could have still done the loophole...until Jed Bews became a late inclusion for the last game.

Gonna stick the C on big Willy Minson [-o<

Poon pulls a last minute trade McRae out for Bontempelli who tons up. Captain Gaz costs me the points.

Think I blew my Premier game with poor captain choice. Bartel or Libba would have been the sensible option.

Luckily my captaincy choice got me over the line against underdogs. Montagna nearly blew it for me though!

Libba went well today but was a disaster for me last week.
Last 3/4 weeks my captain choice has blown up in my face with Rocky and Libba having shockers, then Gaz last night which is just bad luck.
I guess Pendles will be the go to choice for most people this week.
