There seem to be a lot of lovers of live music here (how can you not be?), so I thought it would be good to promote who we think are Adeides finest up and coming bands, and provide links to thier music for others to hear. There are some brilliant local bands, some Ive seen live recently that everyone should know about are:
Illicit Eve - brilliant live, great to talk to, damn hot! Cant say enough good things about them.

'Pharoahs'... Having seen them, to be honest I'm not a fan... However I'm sure they have their merits!
But WTF were promoters thinking having them play shows in Adelaide with such iconic Aussie bands as
COSMIC PSYCHOS & the
HARD-ONS when there's a plethora of more appropriate bands
locally who would've filled that support role a Helluva lot better!
As for
Impartial...
'Hoogs' on bass is an old workmate of mine!

Myspace is great for local bands. Gets their music out there for anyone who wants to listen, and a free place to advertise gigs, cd launces and so on...

I just got given a heap of old vinyl - amongst all the Billy Joel, Leo Sayer and Grand Funk was an Exploding White Mice album Into the Viper's Nest.
Will be interesting.

No worries mate. You'll also be glad to know that there were three Tom Jones albums (including a Live at Caeser's Palace LP) amongst the collection.
