CBGBs the Movie

I checked it out on line the other night and whilst the story is just before my time even I knew the times are out of wack and the story is very Hollywood. There are some infamous anecdotes which have been thrown in to give the movie some sense of history, but all in all pretty poor. If you want to see a movie about promoter and alternative music club I'd suggest "24 Hour Party People" the story of Tony Wilson and the Hacienda.
