Most overrated songs ever...

The title says it all really.

I have a few.

Oasis - Wonderwall (I always preferred 'Champagne Supernova')
Bon Jovi - Livin' On A Prayer
Aerosmith - I Don't Want To Miss A Thing
Cold Chisel - Khe Sanh
Metallica - Enter Sandman

I'm sure there's way more, but you guys can have a turn. :lol:

I'll probably be severly chastised for this, but:

(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction - The Rolling Stones.

Consistently finishes in the top 10 of all time greatest songs - can't understand why.... :?

Listening to the top 100 countdown a couple of years ago, she had about 5 or 6 in that 100...about 2 or 3 of them in the top 20...

Anything by TRAIN......FFS that Hey Soul Sister song or San Francisco song ....ANYTHING!!! Rather listen to 2 feral cats outside F&&&ing!!!! :twisted:

Always thought THE DOORS were incredibly overrated too....I know DOORS fans will "go off" at me but seriously a band without a bass guitarist and totally self indulgent lyrics don't do it for me......some of their songs are passable. (Did enjoy the movie though)

Have to disagree with you on the Doors, although I will say some songs are over rated. Remember, it helps to be on a substance to make it more enjoyable.

I love Nirvana and I agree that Smells Like Teen Spirit is not there best song I don't think it's overrated. It was huge and was the start of something massive in the early 90s.
