Way too young, what awful news. There's been so much terrible news in the Australian music industry recently. :(

One of the best shows I have ever seen. 1993, Transformers at the Bridgeway.

RIP, a true legend of Oz rock

I recall her being on Spicks and Specks quite recently? I'm sure she was a semi-regular?

May she continue touching herself in rock heaven. 8)

A good friend of my bro absolutely loved her,and was always at the front of the divinyls concerts, one concert the crowd started the slow hand clap waiting for the band to appear,he got up on stage and started to tap dance.Unfortunately that was one gig he missed out on as he got thrown out.

So sad to hear this.

One of my idols of my youth. Seen The Divinyls a few times and always Chrissy had that something alot of front woman dont.

She never took sh$t from anyone and in a male dominated Aussie rock pub scene absolutely kicked some serious butt!! She paved the way for alot of woman artists of today.

I will miss her and she was taken way too young. :(

RIP Chrissy. I remember at school all the lads wanted to be 'the boys in town' with that wild rock chick.
