Lots of clashes on the timetable :(

Forced to pick Japandroids over Alt-J and Yeasayer over Pond.

Should be a great night though.

Is "nobody heard of them" clashing with "I know one of their songs" ?

No. "Don't step on my boat shoes, please" is clashing with "Hair swept across forehead".

Amazeballs. Ears are still ringing.

Cloud Nothings and Japandroids absolutely tore the place apart and managed to come away with a booty of two set lists, a drum stick and a guitar pick. So good.

Q, not many people that like good music on this forum. Most of them are all stuck in the 70s and 80s.

Of Monsters and Men clearly the standout of the night for mine.
Alt J and The Rubens were also quite good.
Also saw Alpine, Yeasayer and Bat For Lashes.

Melvins are awesome.

There should be a thread called Gozu's Words of Wisdom.

It's a great Festival. Very unique setting and a friendly vibe from start to finish.

How was Yeasayer? I went to catch them but gates were closed. Was disappointed, but caught Pond, who were impressive.

Only thing is I don't think there are too many people who like good music on this forum ;)

We'd probably be the only two posting in it!

Haha, I'm sure there are others around with decent tastes, but I'm sure a lot of it is just a generational thing. Kids these days may not like stuff from the 1990s, just as I'm not a huge fan of 1970s stuff, with a few exceptions. It sucks being old... :(
