Doc Neeson diagnosed with brain tumour

Postby Wedgie » Thu Jan 10, 2013 1:19 pm

Doc has been diagnosed with an agressive brain tumour and will be undergoing chemo for the next 6-7 months.
Obviously the upcoming 100% Angels tour that I and many others were looking forward to has been cancelled.
Docs a fighter, lets hope he can get through this battle!

That is awful news! Hope he beats it. Faarking good band and a good bloke - not that I've met him or anything.
People who bought this book also bought a stool and some rope. Unknown literary critic

Ive met him a few times and my Dad drove him in his cab once. Docs an awesome guy and would chat to anyone and probably do anything for most people. I was gutted when I heard the news. Hes my favourite performer of all time.

I know. Awful start to this year for Angels fans especially when last year finished with somuch excitement with the 100% Angels tour announced. Theres going to be a concert held most likely in Adelaide to raise money for Chris and theres already a couple of gigs planned in Sydney and Perth for Doc. If people would like to help Doc out with medical costs a fund has been set up. Full details at the Rock For Doc facebook page and a few other Angels facebook pages.
