back from Bluesfest and had a great time, a couple of gripes but overall it was a fantastic 5 days

main gripe, too many people so it was bloody hard to get into some of the stages to see some of the big acts but the plus side of this was the opportunity to see some fantastic smaller acts

highlights for me

Dropkick Murphys (big fan)
Snowdroppers (liked them so much I saw them twice :D )
Busby and Marou
Lumineers
Ben Caplan
Tony Joe White
Royal Southern Brotherhood
King Cannons
Rodriguez
Robert Cray
Playing for Change

and probably plenty more

also saw Rockwiz live, great fun

I will go again but probably do every 4 to 5 years due to time need to take off to get there as we camp in a caravan park in Byron
