Incarnadine are an energetic original modern rock band from Adelaide. Incarnadine have been playing venues for 18 months, developing a modern alternative sound embellished with powerful rock guitar and haunting melodic female vocals.

Their live performances have had audiences follow the feelings and emotions of their music, whether they are jumping and singing to upbeat songs or standing captured by the melodic and lightly classical harmonies of the female vocalists, supported by heavy yet powerful guitar riffs, piano sounds, bass and drums. Incarnadine’s live performances are energetic, exciting, and emotive.

Incarnadine have been compared to Lacuna Coil, Evanescence, Garbage, Mogwai, Metallica, Magic Dirt, The Cranberries, Dream Theater, and Pink Floyd.

Whilst initially Incarnadine performed in the Western Suburbs (The Venue – The Gov, Squatter Arms, Gaslight Tavern), they have also performed in the Southern Suburbs (The Tonsley), City (Crown and Anchor, Light Square Live, Directors Hotel), and at Scorcherfest ‘06 and will perform again in ‘07. The interest in Incarnadine is growing throughout Adelaide and the country areas for both venues and audiences alike.

Incarnadine’s future plans include continuing to expand their following in the metropolitan, country and interstate areas, and releasing their Single “Vendetta”, and first EP, “Fresh Meat”.

A couple of varied influences there, I haven't seen them play yet, so it's hard to comment, but I must make the effort one day.

ive seen these guys a heap of times they are practically a house band at the pub i work at . good mix of covers and they now do alot of original stuff. ive got to know the lead guitarist karl pretty well very talented and think he's still playing in a couple of other bands too. wide range of influences due to the amount of members in the band but it works for them and makes for a great night out.
