The Beatles were pretty good in their day.

"Bon n All" (AC DC cover band) are very good, we had them play at NH two years ago (I think).

I was going to book a cover band for a gig that I put on recently, but then I suddenly remembered COVER BANDS SUCK and put on a band that can actually write music as well as play it.

I know where you are coming from LL, I'd prefer to hear a original local band play, but for a footy club show, they will never get all of the crowd in like a good cover band, 90% of people only want to hear what they already know.
