It's been confirmed that Greg Ham of Men at Work has been found dead at his Carlton North home. Apparently it is crime scene at the moment??? More details as they are available.

Thoughts and prayers to his family

The body of Men at Work flautist Greg Ham has been found in a house in Melbourne’s inner-north.
Police were called to a home in Canning Street, North Carlton, soon after midday and are trying to determine the cause of the man's death.
They were notified of the body after a friend turned up at the house to check on the man's welfare.

Just appartantly police are still investigating and it looks like it may be suspicious ( so I heard on the radio today )

Just have to wait and see.

I know people talk about the flute on down under but he was great at the sax too... Just listen to the song "overkill".

Cheesy band but I loved them as a kid (and on the sly now and then)...very sad. They were one of the few things me and my old man ever saw eye to eye on

Agreed that Overkill is a great song - shame they will only be remembered by many for THAT track
