I am going to try and describe a song or 2 that I can't for the life of me remember who sung it.
I'm hoping for some help in here by our esteemed music gurus.

Firstly, a song sung by a punk chick with a mohawk around 1979-80 and from what I can remember in the video was that she was trying to "break free" ?

Secondly, a more recent song, sounds like lots of backing vocals and the music video is cartoon dominated.
possibly a song about weather ?
Sounds like Barry White could've sung it.

Any help appreciated.
