Must say I am really enjoying the RAGE retro summer on the ABC.

Heaps of old Countdown shows from the 80's that I can actually remember sitting watching as a kid. (anyone else remember how good they were???....making Sunday nights a highlight of the week for me)

With all the "hate" for the triple J countdown and music of today.....watching this is very enjoyable.

Lennon and Sherbet special on Saturday night followed by Countdown episodes of the 80's ....fun times!!!

I'm also a fan of the old Countdown episodes. Haven't seen any this summer, but have in the past set the timer on my video to tape a few hours of it.

Back in the 70's and 80's when I was a kid I hated Countdown, but now that its nostalgic, I enjoy it.

There is a few episodes of Rock Arena on Saturday night GWW...just to keep the "alternative" crowd happy!! (not that there is much difference today)

These are great, and even better to know that, unlike so, so many master tapes of the era of other shows, they were not all wiped and erased, and lost forever. A lot of fun to be found in these shows.
