Frankie Sinatra set the bar with his love song to the Big Apple, which was interestingly first recorded by Liza Minnelli.
But there have been many other songs about New York, New York, the most recent notable effort being Jay Z and Alicia Keyes.
If you were to make a compilation, what song about New York would you include?
