If you buy tickets for the stands do you have to sit there or can you still stand in the standing sections?

You walk through the throngs to get to the stands, so no reason why you couldn't stand with the masses (well it was like that last time I went)....

That's what i thought too but wasn't sure as anything i've been to before hasn't had an option to buy seats in the stands. It's always just been open to whoever wants a seat.
