Weiland has been sentenced to eight days in jail for driving under the influence of drugs. He was arrested last Nov after crashing his car on an LA freeway and refusing a sobriety test. Along with the time in jail, Weiland is also on a four year probation and ordered to spend 18 months in rehab..
Arent Velvet Revolver be happy to be rid of him, not so sure of his reunion with Stone Temple Pilots?
