Was my fourth time seeing AC/DC.....the first was as a 10 year old at Globe Derby !
The show was what I expected.....they are very professional and always put on a great performance. My highlights were Let There Be Rock and For Those About to Rock......just epic as always.
Cant believe all the bandwagoners though.......where was everyone in 92 for the Thunderstruck tour ? Or 95 for the Ballbreaker tour ? So typical of Adelaide......must've been the in thing to see AC/CD "this" time.

The whole getting into the gig was a disgrace. 6 scanners working...2 gates open. I thought if people dont get in before the show the crowd could turn violent quickly. Im sure Etihad or ANZ stadium did not have the same problem.....Adelaide, get ya sh*t together!!

Dont blame Adelaide or the SACA, they wanted to open 7 gates (and had planned to) the promoters insisted only 2 be opened

Booney wrote:I think the stage we had came from Brisbane and was then en-route to Perth. So by 4am if they were in Pt Augusta they must have left at mid-night. Concert finished at 11pm so that seems about right. A crew of over 150 roadies were working on the breakdown ( the biggest I have ever heard of, a mate does it ) and they would have had trucks loaded and gone an hour or two from finish of the show.
No messing around.
