Boy & Bear favourites at $3 for most entries in the 100.

Made my top 10.
EPIC track. My neighbours are in for some kick ass karaoke when this little number comes on.
It'll be in there for sure!

This bloke is so overrated and that song is utter tripe.
Calvin Harris number 1 for me, but sadly it won't be the case.

You don't have to like it (I'm not a big fan) but it's hardly overrated or tripe. The layering and detail in his songs are phenomenal.

Word BG.
Hate that song.
"Better" is far more catchy.

Also hate Boy and Bear. Ack!
Bottom-feeding off of the Fall at Your Feet cover, which was so severely overrated also.

Don't like Better either! Sounds like it should be on Ally McBeal!
There was one by Gotye I heard on the Js the other day. Can't remember the name of it.

Boy and Bear are okay. But it's just your run of the mill JJJ stuff these days.

I'm all about The Strokes, but can't see them making the top 10, so I'm on Calvin.

Calvin stole my catchy riff for his song "Feel So Close".

I wrote that riff years ago for my song "Bowel Baby".

So annoyed.

You disagree that his songmaking is complex? It goes without saying that his song production is highly complex.

I disagree that it's not tripe.
Just because it's complex doesn't mean it's good.

I'd never heard Calvin Harris until yesterday (why? just lucky I guess) as he was being played at my gym. I thought it was very average to be honest. I can't believe this is what excites Triple J these days...then again we are talking about Triple J. ;)

I did expect a comment from LL at some stage
Yeah it's certainly not what it used to be.
The fact that I want Calvin to win is probably more that I don't want Gotye to.
I don't love the song, but it's okay.

Am I missing something or has Triple J lost it's edge. I see young bands (members average age 24 or less) every weekend - hell I even manage one - and what they are doing has some soul, some edge, some balls. The fact that Stonefield made Triple J's potential top 100 list is surely a joke.
Remember that great scene in Casino where Joe Pesci's character is taken into the desert , killed and buried in shallow grave because he's outlived his usefullness and basically has been there too long?...that what should happen to Richard Kingsmill.
