I might go next year if the lineup is right.
There was only a few bands I really wanted to see this year (Down, Alice In Chains, Korn), and I haven't been since 2011.
Maybe next year... Does anyone here have a wishlist for 2015?

My day was part of Five Finger Death Punch, Alter Bridge, Testament, Ill Nino, Gwar, Truth Corroded(Adelaide band), Part of Trivium, part of A Day To Remember, Alice in Chains, Korn, Rob Zombie, Devil Driver, Se Bon Ki Ra(Adelaide/mates band that was added to the lineup on the Friday night), Avenged Sevenfold

How was Avenged? I saw them on the Nightmare tour a few years ago, and they are currently the best band I've seen live.
I dont like their new album though. Did they still play their better songs, or was is a lot of the new stuff?

Had a very enjoyable day and have to agree with everyone else the smaller crowd made it a lot easier for drinks,toilets & getting closer to the stages and general comfort.
No standout band for me but saw a variety of different bands, Mushroomhead, Dangerkids, Asking Alexandria, AFI, Darkc3ll (did a really good cover of Head like hole), Filter, Baroness, +++Crosses, Soil, Glassjaw, Dillinger escape plan & Mastadon.
The misses somehow got placebo drum stick as well, the drummer threw it into the crowd these guys dropped it and went to ground and she grabbed it and then there was a fair scuffle after that but she kept hold of it.

Now listen people. King Parrot are playing Adelaide again in May. See this band. Some bands just click and this is one of those. Tightest metal band you will see. Singer is the best front man you will see in years. The rest of the guys are just as good. Thinking of coming down to see them.

Was my first SW, and first festival since 06 BDO. Appreciated the smaller crowd and lack of line ups, and thought the venue was great for a festival.
Baroness were my highlight, brilliant. Mastodon, The Living End, Alter Bridge, Gojira also very good, while Dillinger, Jimmy Eat World, Biff Clyro, Walking Papers, Down and Placebo all had their moments. The Bosshoss were unexpectedly amusing/entertaining.
Thoroughly enjoyed the day.

It was my 1st time seeing them. Haven't heard much of their stuff. They won me over.
