They played Henley. Not really a shock that one of the D3 favourites smashed them to be fair.

Anything interesting other than Sproule kicking 8 on debut?

The Emus were far more competitive than the final score indicates.

Was the B Grade game between HV and Pt N abandoned due to an injury?

Port Noarlunga v Flagstaff would be great to watch if the SFL streamed the games.

Porties made the most of the outs Flaggies had today. Important win to secure a finals spot when you consider there won’t be too many losses for the Falcons this season.

Noarlunga were decimated by injuries today. Struggled after half time with what they had left and the Thunderers made them pay. Decent turn around after losing to Cove last week (who then got pumped by Christies today & Noarlunga beat Christies last week).

Interesting season unfolding.

Despite how hard Porties celebrated, they don't award flags in April. Be interesting at the end of the season, though

As an aside, how the hell was Sproule ever on an AFL list???

Couples of rounds in and the A Grade comp looks quite competitive. Three early standout sides, probably as expected with Porties, Reynella and Flaggies up and about (despite the Falcons losing to Porties).

Hopefully the casualties for the Shoes aren’t as bad as first expected but looks like gun midfielder Dan Fry is done for the season.

I didn’t expect Reynella to get over the line against Morphies by the margin they did.

Christies have improved with some good inclusions and development of their locals.

Aldinga looks to have also continued their improvement.

Flaggies have two good quality rub down tables which are surplus to requirements. Available FREE to any club or individual who would like one or two of them. You collect. PM me if interested.
