When are you going to start??

Have we settled on how much??????? What is that crap about and correct me if I am wrong I dont believe I have spoken to who ever you are!
Your mail is wrong and I would'nt tell you or anyone else what Rob or anyone is on!
Tell you what I go with BJ usual responce and say all at the Shoe play for the love of the club

On Rob he trained the house down last night with 40 pluss mates at Maslins and enjoyed the work load that was given to the lads.
Also 2 new lads last night looked very good and keen.

Great morning y/day with 30 lads involved in the triathlon at Pt Noarlunga.

Stewey won with a great time of 42 min.

Boys had to jump in from the jetty and didnt some lads get back to their youth with some good boms. Swim back to beach, ride bike to Moana Surf Club and back and wasnt there some complaints about their bikes? then a run to the mouth and back.

Well done lads and keep the good work up.

they are awesome fun. asert has got me into them, and i love it, and is a good way to change up preseason training. unfortunaly, i wont be able to compete in this weeks event coz i'll be in mildura for my sisters 21st, and the final one for the season is on the 29th march, which i just realised i won't be able to compete in again, coz i'll be in mildura for my brothers wedding! stoopid family!!

but yeah, for any more info, hit up the website www.triathlonsa.org.au

or message me or asert for an insiders point of veiw!!

I ran one with a team I coach and did a 9km ride, 4.5km run and 150m swim and the boys did it in anywhere between 46mins and 1hr and 6mins.
