I've never known a reunion to start when the A grade for Districts starts.
What about the current Districts players who had played in the same premiership, are they all not playing Sat like this Biglands bloke just so they can all hit the p!ss? I don't think so.
Is it too hard to committ to your current club & team-mates for the day & help them win the points, thats what he's payed for from Aldinga yeh? I don't think the club would have a problem with him going after the game as thats when most reunions start around 7pm, sounds like a very selfish footballer to me.
Not sure what the standard of football is like in this comp but Biglands was an very average player at best in the SAAFL in any case. I appreciate that's a separate issue from his lack of commitment to Aldinga but part of the big picture regardless. Was it a B grade premiership reunion?

I believe it was a 98 A grade reunion, they just made a day of it by starting the show when the A grade game started.
Regardless of who's not at the club now ( playing wise ) its who-ever your playing for now f*&k them & get down here, this is all that matters, well thats what Biglands was thinking anyway.

Look guys no mercy, I have a lot of good mates at aldinga now, and I'm a good solid player and I have been for them for a couple of years my body is aging and a day on the gas with old team mates is a great way to catch up in the middle of a long season, I was always going to go to it, hamstring or no hamstring...

I honestly don't think you'd have to many mates left at Aldinga, well i know if i was there you wouldn't be welcome back & probably not allowed back.
You call yourself a solid player, well f@#k me, what ive heard about you your far from that.
You should stick out there with Districts as you sound like your all about you, yourself & i.

What a crock of sh*t, NM take a chill pill, on one hand you think he's ordinary then you say he's letting the team down by not playing and the team wouldn't care anyway??

On reading all of this its hard to understand both sides I think.

I heard that the Aldinga B grade were about 5 or so players short?
So in that theory if He was dropped don't you think he should have played B grade to help out, or is Aldinga one of those 1 team clubs?
Pretty selfish but there may be another side to it anyways?

I agree, lets get back to the stuff that matters
Who was doing it for you in that first half Sharkies ? Keeping that goal-scoring machine to six means something good must have been happening, and what went wrong after that ?

I wouldn't think Hart would chuck it in, it wouldn't surprise me with the other two.
Biglands is probably still p!ssed after Saturdays reunion & can't face his team-mates

Well it was a very good weekend had by all, it's really up to my back it's getting pretty hard to get up to play with tight hamstrings at my age, and pitt quit for his new job a couple of weeks back, and harty even he doesn't know what he is doing, he will probably just ride horses up at willunga instead...

Na no truth there x sharky, Pitt has work committments on top of a dodgey knee so he's taking a few weeks off. Said he might play the last few. Bighlands is fine as stated his hammies are pretty worn but he's a massive part of our side and is still involved. Everyone freaks out when someone has a week off, he has played some great footy this year though and hopefully gets back soon. Hart is still there he hasn't had a massive year but has strung some good games together in the past month. He is sticking around and is still keen to help the side and club improve.

Hows meadows going? enjoying it up there?
Hopefully see you out for a beer soon.

Sorry Shoe Boy yeah Bryce is till their. To be honest he is having one of the best seasons I reckon. He has been so valuable up forward and rotating the centre occasionally. In good touch and continues to impress, that old dogs got plenty of tricks left don't you worry.
