dont know where you getting ya mail fromVC shoes havent lost that many players and have picked up some realy good new blokes for next season have to wait and see but they will be a better side than last season

r u sure shoey?? very good mail, hudson, crane, genovese, hibberd, possibily veinvleit??? big names to me...

i heard huddo is staying genovese and hibberd are gone but at 32 years old and injuries starting to catch up with them i think they can be covered by the influx of new players that have signed on already with the possibility of more to come. Besides VC i would hardly call 4 or 5 players leaving huge player losses

4 or 5 good players though... notived crane hasnt been mentioned... held ur side togeter for mst of the yr

Hibberd is a quality Full Forward who will do well in the HFL. And if he doesn't we will find a place for him at the Southern Hawks.

Eski - Uncle Ro Ro is a great bloke, and an extremely courageous footy player. Was high up in the B&F a couple of years back at Flaggies.

Bubbles, care to elaborate?

VC - Steve Ryan, Scott Pollard, Clint Draper (b4 inj), Brendan McKeough(played most yr at FF for reynella), Josh Ramsey and even Wayne Pittman, VC give me any of those before Hibberd. I'm not saying Hibberd is no good he has had a great career but to say he is the best in the Southern league.....Come on turn it up!!!!!

VC, after reading some of your posts you seem to be a big fan of dion hibberd's, would you like me to get an autograph for you ?
if you chaeck the sfl records last year i think you will find that the bags of goals he kicked were against the lower sides, eg: aldinga, morphy's, hawks.

he has played the last 2 years b grade for glenelg. He is a forward who can go into the midfield, not a hard player has skills would do well at a top southern league team. With the comments about hibbard yes he was a good full forward one on one, but his days are numbered in southern league needs to go to competion like hills country. Only problem he will now have is delevery will not be as good and with no pace may stuggle against top teams

VC, which club you referring to (if hes been offered a lot of coin my guess would be Jervois)?

I presume you mean the River Murray Football League (or do you mean the Mallee League?).

What type of player is Crane? KPP?

Is the league looking at making it a 16 team competition again? Or is the league happy to let things be for the moment?

Lazy

Postby disco stu » Sun Dec 17, 2006 3:11 pm

Hibberd would NOT get a game anymore in any of the top teams FACT! even if was 100% fit.. Maybe he has the ability but if you ask any1 you will get the same answer LAZY LAZY. Got every excuse in the world for not training at every club hes been to. Just ask or look at every1's posts on here. Top clubs dont put up with that.
the season i played with him i saw more midget basketballers than that bloke running laps.
And can any1 tell me how cove can afford Anderson??
Might need him this year bombers recruited well and wont repeat the final last year.. m/vale vs brighton GF
