Oh how they like to see the Mighty take a tumble !! One loss in 39 and something must be wrong ! Sure they have big names in their B-Grade ---- that's because there is so much class in the A-Grade !!
If you want them to go down, rise to their level and take them on at their own game.

But it's so much easier to just hope they'll come back to the pack!

Lion heart do you have any information on this?

"O.K footy" is the understatement of the year dont you think Hills? The big red fire engine is ripping it up at the moment with a b.o.g. and 2nd in consecutive weeks. He is also the ressies leading goal kicker at the mo.

That begs the question if his form continues and he gets a league game will he be the ugliest guy to ever pull on a guernsey for South or any league club??

Rumour has it that Morphie parks beat Reynella by 14 points. Great win for the roos. Seems things are turning around for the roos.

Good win for the cheese twisties if that is correct. I know a few of the boys and they are really excited by the group they have put together and beleive that it will form the foundation of their club for many years to come.

Good to see the lower clubs close the gap on the heavyweights, and on a shoe string budget in comparison to the pace setters.

Emus down by 3 points to the Valley today, great game and never more than 3 goals the margin all day, Valley certainly rose to the occasion and pushed us to the limit and thoroughly deserved the win. Don't normally talk about 2's footy but number 21 for the Valley produced one of the most cowardly acts i've ever seen on the footy field today, smacked a 19 year old half his size off the footy with an elbow for no reason, the young fella was obviously shaken and has been taken to hospital via ambulance and our early reports are he has a broken jaw, let me first say we have enjoyed quality umpiring all year (due to each club supplying an umpire each, generally ex players) we had 2 SFL umpires today and the umpire on the spot was less than 3 metres from the incident and chose to turn a blind eye... What a load of crap... One umpire had orange on and one had green on, the umpire in green was "johnny on the spot", can anyone tell me what the colours mean..??

On another note was talking to an Emu's regular (player) during the week, he was at a shin dig at which Evans (Reynella A grade coach) was at, word is he is signed till the end of next year, but not too sure how confident he is of being there till the end of the contract, possibly some knives are beginning to be thrown... Before anyone starts this is what i am told, so didn't hear it first hand and after today's game the near future for Reynella will be very interesting...

Really worried about the Hawks now. No Kellys named in the Boot and it was back to the 60-goal hiding. Where were the Kellys today ? Can anyone from Doctors Road fill us in ?

MeX was a great game in the As at the valley both sides tried hard all day.

As for the umpires im pretty sure the Geen umpires are yet to earn the Orange top and socks. Same goes for boundry umpires. I believe its ment to let us as players or spectators know that they are fairly new. Not sure how new tho mate.

Scott Kelly's walked out on the Hawks !!! Bobby McMahon took 'em yesterday with the help of Jim Garden.
What a loser !! The job was too big for him so now he's not even playing for them ! Not only the Hawks, but the whole of the Southern Football League has been left in the poo. At least Hooper saw out the season (in fact two of them).
We need a stronger Hackham. We need someone with the gumption and the patience to see the job through.
Any chance of cloning Shane Lynch ? :-k

So what your saying is ideally the Kelly gang should be "lynched"??

Why does that seem so familiar...

On another note, Mex I believe it is a learner umpire and seeing as it's hard enough to expect an experienced umpire in the SFL to get it right, you can hardly blame the kid for not knowing the rules. If 21 is the player I think it is he has always had more chance of getting a couple of kicks in a fight than relying on his footy talent.

Question for Fly and AFLflyer, Do you now believe something might not be right amongst the group or have the Twisties become a 40 goal better side than 2007? And before you jump on the "but Morphies have lost 2 matches in 3 weeks" have a look at the opposition they have lost to.

What I am saying is the Hawks need someone like Shane Lynch, who is doing such a wonderful job for the Sharks ----- 15-8 to 18-8 against the Shoes is another fantastic sign that Aldinga are getting somewhere. Lynch could have quit after six games too, but he chose not to.

Yeah Mex, i saw the incident first hand and i would agree with you whole heartedly. The player in question has always been a sniper and a crap footballer. This players attitude towards that incident may tell us something about the leadership of the B grade side.As for the coloured shirts the umpires wear i think that maybe instead of green thata umpire should have been wearing yellow.GUTLESS just like the player
If the only reason you play is for a beer with your mates after the game, your playing for the wrong reasons !!

And not only has Scott Kelly walked out on the Hawks, he has taken his two brothers with him!! Pathetic effort, especially when he would have known full well what he was getting himself into.

Also heard that the reason Hackham forfeited their under 18s was to get enough players to fill a B's and A grade side. Looks like the bubble has burst and we could be seeing the return of 50 goal thrashings down at Hawk land. Such a shame after seeing clear signs of improvement.

Where to now?
