How many did he kick on the weekend?

i spoke to him after the game and i think he kicked 5 and only said he had a very average game. A few goals were gifted to him from good team play. Like i said before played ok but needs to bust more packs and create more of a presence, hopefully for the saints this will happen this week. well i hope so anyway.

Yeah 3 ankle injuries from Saturday but all should suit up this week.

As for Gaz, i don't know where you get your info from but its not correct. He's still there with South and more than likely will be for most of the season (pending his form of course)

Morphettville have picked up a few this year apparently, would expect a tough game this week, Aldinga have the roos at home next week, I reckon will be a good game, wouldn't underestimate M'Ville park.

Hey CT, i'll bet you a slab Cove beat Porties, they were terrible on the weekend... Are we on...?? You can PM me as to when i can collect the slab, i also like the Lions to beat Parks and Brighton to beat Reynella (this should be a cracker of a game mind you).

All 3 ankle injuries looking very unlikey lions decimated by injury at the moment and will definately not be taking morphy parks lightly. Very tough game with some of our best and most important players out others will have to rise to the challenge.

Does anyone know the reason why Weidemann from Cove went back to that club after thinking about signing with a RMFL club? Was it a money decision, travel or maybe another factor..??

i spoke to my mate that played there he said you couldn't bust thru a wet paper bag let alone a pack, he said Mason played well up forward you were given all your goals because the full back you were on was terrible on the day. should be fun playing against you this year, Tedmanson will run all day on you.

Tunit, is Bretty Mannion going around again this year?

If not, Tedmanson would play up forward wouldn't he?

Ill have to decline this wager Mex, I'll be changing that tip to Cove as well. Agreed Porties were average in our trial, but a bloke i stood for a bit said they had over 10 players out, so id be hoping for a big improvement from the Cockledivers this week, or at least later in the year.

Yep Brighton vs Reynella should be a cracker!

Tedmansson and Mannion both playing out of an open 50 in our trial with them. Both as always in some decent form. Good to see the younger Teddy rucking the B grade that guys an animal and great bloke.

Is it just me or does everyone always seem to have 10 blokes out thats why the results werent judged properly? Especially Porties, I know they had close to a full strength side when meeting us but still said they had 10 out, going with the fashion I guess. :?

Went past lonsdale training last night and they seemed to have good numbers on the track. Maybe their crisis meeting worked and got some guys out. Have they pick up any decent players?

I heard the crisis meeting was just to get the B graders out as most of them hadn't been to one training, guess they wanted to see who was committing to playing for the year before it's to late
Get back on topic please...this is garbage !!

Rodney Fox please no one from Porties have stated that there were numbers out but the results are not there and that is not important. I agree in trials you hear the excuse but it means very little For your info names could be mentioned but its afruitless exercise. We certainly was not at full strength against you .

Agreed here observer you put a side on the park and thats the best 21 you can play. Injuries are a part of it and trial matches are for "trialling" players. Results are not important and the real stuff for Southern starts this week, hopefully the lower sides are a lot more competitive than in recent years!

Thoughts on the Morphy Parks v Lions game?

Should be a cracker both teams need a win

Morphys over the line by 8 goals
