Just wanted to congratulate the Hawks on finishing the season on a high in the A Grade !

Hopefully this will encourage the coach to keep working with the club, and the committee to keep seeking improvement !

The club has taken steps forward this year - please stick with it and develop a positive culture. Get rid of the elements that have brought you guys bad press and keep moving forward.

congratulations to all the trophy winners for tonight at the best and fairest count. the winners are as follows
A Grade: B & F - Matt Paine in landslide to the runner up Blake Mosar
Best Utility - Brad Vegera (HH3)
Coaches Award - Jesse Lehman
Most Improved - Barney Chambers
Best Team Man - Kym Evans

B Grade: B & F - Greg Fitzpatrick (In his final year) Runner Up - Hayden Bradley

U/16's: B & F - a rising star within any club (luckily it is with the hawks) (and is also a south u/18 @ 15 years of age) Jack Cavallo and Runner up - Daniel Lee (another rising star)

U/14's: B & F - look out for this name Justin Wicks, Runner up - Stephen Karlsson.

well done to all other trohpy recipients and look forward to 2010!

Pre season will begin for the brown and gold on Nov 16th from 6:30pm at the footy club. come and make use of the new weights set up.

all players new and old more than welcome :D

All the best hawks,the comp looks forward to a competitive outfit from Doctors Rd.Heard that the HAMMER was coaching the U/18s which is great news ,the lads listen to him and you will have some decent footballers to flow through to your seniors. :D Leave the lads with him dont push them up if it can be avioded

it was the 2nd best news to us keeping Denis as our senior coach for 2010. but we will be keeping the kids in the 18's where they will be a bit more competitive after playing a season (but with some 2) in the a and b grade.

Never played for the club but my name appears on your honour board,tough times but the hawks are honest suppporters and club people,i hope those weights are the ones that eva bought and have been collecting dust since her passing a few years back.

i was just playing along with the stories of the other 2 or 3 people on here :lol: in regards to young mitchell i wouldnt be to sure :D

good turn out last night for the first run of the 2010 season. had about 40 out and of the 40 half were new faces.
fingers crossed we can add to the new faces that are already out over the next few weeks :-bd
