I'm pretty sure pete mcmastert is still at flaggy this year.
Has anyone else heard that Padroth from cove walked out on them last thursday night?, i think a confrentation with a member or official, and he spat it. If true? is cove starting to crack from within so close to the finals?

had been told he was on a 2 year deal, but with the form of the side this year you may well think they might be hunting around.

Will be the first time Noarlunga has missed the finals sice 2000 i think so wouldn't be suprised if they were looking for someone else.

Having only seen them play a handful of games this year it is no wonder they are sitting where they are.

Morphies would have to be favs still but lets hope the wineflies can get one this year i think there last one was in the 70's

Cant believe Saints choked against the Shoes .......does that mean Lions are in ?? Porties and Reynella seem to be hitting their straps at the right time of the season and could be possible grand final ........Emu's and Vikings still good chances but i think Cove and Brighton may struggle....

What are our thoughts on the 4? You would think those clubs are probably the only ones that could win it.......By looks everyone expecting Morphett Vale, Reynella and Porties......What has happened at Cove???? they were invincible near on at start of year, not 1 side got within 10 goals of them and since the hiccup against Morphett Vale they have been beaten comprehensively by Reynela and Porties and probably struggled to find there best form. Are they the Crows and peaked to soon however, I saw they kicked 53 goals Saturday all be it against the Hawks.
Ive noticed some important names missig from there side (Ramsey, Weidemann 2 of there gun forwards, Reavill class player, Padroth big ruckamn, Harvey and a guy called Crabb who impressed when he played) are all these guys out for the year or what is there story. Someone on hear said they thought Padroth walked out is this true?
I would think if all these guys came back into there side they would still have to be a chance in couple weeks to be playing GF day?

I didn't realise Heath was missing as well he has been named in the boot for the last month!!!
Bung shoulder to Ramsey? surely that would be a concern to Porter (coach) you would suspect he would be a week by week prospect depending on the treatment he gets on it from CHB's on Saturdays :-).........For them to have any chance they would need Weidermann or Ramsey up and firing as the ball goes through them to get to Ryan, who if given opportunities can win them a game in September. At the moment neither of them (Ramsey,Weidermann) are playing let alone firing which would be a concern...... Padroth back would be a massive bonus to work with Gill i'd think!!!!!! walking out tho?.....does he wanna be there? All will unfold

RE HEATER31

Postby Jono » Wed Aug 23, 2006 2:55 pm

Yeah no worries Heater 31.......It didn't matter that weidermann and Ramsey didn't play, obviously, as the the result suggests, but, once the finals start on these big grounds those 2 become probably there most important players as they are the avenue through to Ryan. All to be revealed....

Padroth must have patched up his differences at cove, best on the weekend. That will be a big plus during finals.
It all starts this week.
Porties v Reynella
Morphies v Cove
Valleys v Lonsdale
Brighton v flaggies

First two games should be belters, with the winners going straight into the prelim's and enjoy a weeks rest
